H.S by Hayley Scanlan wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size, please contact info@hayleyscanlan.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested replacement. Please ensure the item is unworn in its original packaging including tags and labels.
If you are unsure about which size to pick, please contact us on info@hayleyscanlan.com and we will be happy to assist you.
A refund of the full value of the item (this excludes shipping charges) will be issued to the original card/paypal within 14 days upon receipt of the goods if the unsuitable garment has been returned to us within 14 days, please return to address at the bottom of this page.
All orders are made with love in our studio and carefully checked before being sent but in the case of a faulty item, please contact us on info@hayleyscanlan.com as soon as you receive the item (and within 48 hours). Please note that an item will only be considered as faulty if it presents a manufacturing defect. Please note that embellishment may become loose with wear, this is not a manufacturing fault and we will not accept refunds due to this. We will send you a replacement or issue you with a full refund including the shipping charges within 14 days.
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear and bikini's are non returnable and non refundable.
You must send back the item unused and in it’s original packaging including the labels or tags with recorded delivery. Items that are damaged or worn will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have not met the conditions stated above.
All sale and discounted items are non-refundable, if the sale or discounted item you have purchased are not suitable we are more than happy to exchange your item for an item of the same price or gift voucher that must be used within 3 months from the date purchased.
Any made to order, altered or customised garment is non refundable or exchangeable, please make sure you are fully satisfied with all aspects of your order before completing the final purchase.
When returning an item, we advise you to use a recorded postal service or a courier that provides you with a tracking number as the goods will remain under your responsibility until they reach us.
