Custom orders 

 

 

At Hayley Scanlan studio we are more than happy to custom make our own past or present design’s for you, using only our own dress making patterns we have created. 

 

How it works -

 

You can browse all previous H.S collections here. You can also check out our instagram for previous custom order’s that you might like. The choice of colours, fabric and sizing is completely down to you, all of these extra’s will be added in into the final cost of the garment. Once you have decided on your order please email all information including screenshots of your desired H.S STYLE over to info@hayleyscanlan.com  OR FILL IN THE BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE where someone will advise you on the next steps. 

 

Cost -

 

For standard UK sizing from UK 6 - 14,  standard charge of £50 plus the price of the original garment is the initial cost of a custom order to be made.

 

For custom sizing an extra charge will be added onto this for measurements to be taken, dressmaking patterns to be adapted and approximately 2/3 fittings to ensure your garment fits perfectly.

 

For custom fabric and colour choice, an extra charge may be added depending on what type of fabric and how much we need to order in for your custom order.

 

For custom dressmaking pattern work (design work), an extra charge for any adaptations will also be added depending on how much work is needed to be done. 

 

All custom order costing of the garment will be provided before the order is taken and a 50% deposit will be taken upfront to begin the order, the rest can be paid on collection.

Timescale -

Custom orders can take anything between 7 - 28 days depending on how busy we are, if fabrics are in stock and the type of custom order being placed. The sooner you can provide us with all the information we need regarding what you wish to have made, the quicker and easier it is for us to provide the H.S custom made service.

Please note all custom orders MUST be placed through the website, we cannot take orders or enquiries via social media channels. Please allow up to 3 working days for someone to reply to your H.S custom order enquiry. all custom orders are non returnable/refundable.
