Part 1 of getting out my own way 2026 - For years I talked myself out of teaching my own adults sewing classes. I’d always find an excuse but really all I had to do was actually just do it 🙃

Currently week 3&4 of Four sold out weekly sewing classes and I couldn’t be happier. The wonderful wee sewing community I’ve created is just amazing and I’m SO happy I got out of my own way and started this 🤗

Special shout out to all my sewing ladies & gents, it’s an absolute pleasure and I’m so proud of how brilliant everyone has been so far 😎

Watch this space because I can’t wait to share everyone’s progress 🪡✂️

The beginning of a new collection of H•S I’ve created in memory of my little sister Ellie Scanlan 🩵🏹

The H•S “Ellie” bomber was created in her favourite colour and is designed, cut and sewn all under the roof of my design studio in Dundee by myself and my talented team of ladies 🩵. Ellie loved & supported H•S more than anyone I know, wearing it whenever she could and always buying it for her friends. This Valentines collection I’ve decided to return the H•S love for my El with a whole collection in memory of her 🩵
